After getting a Master's degree from Columbia University and beginning a career as a therapist, I developed a new appreciation for self-care and wellness.
I underwent a lifestyle change in 2016 to improve my health, adopting an organic, anti-inflammatory diet and prioritizing wellness practices into my life. I wrote about this for Hearst, in publications like Woman's Day, Dr. Oz: The Good Life, Delish, Good Housekeeping, and Cosmopolitan AU.
Now I write full-time — mostly about beauty, fashion, and wellness — for sites like Brit + Co., FabFitFun, TheThirty, Locale Magazine, and more!

I've found that beauty regimens, rituals, and practices are all fabulous forms of self-care when practiced with the right intention. Now, I am chronicling my discoveries in the industry while consciously living a wellness-centric lifestyle.
